Liz A. Crampton.

Liz A. Crampton is the managing shareholder of Crampton Law Firm, P.C. and leads the firm's transactional practice. Since co-founding the firm in 2005, she has counseled Arizona business owners on the full lifecycle of their companies: formation and capitalization, growth, succession, and eventual sale or wind-down.

Her practice focuses on closely held businesses and the families who own them. She works extensively in business transactions, estate planning, asset protection, and probate, and serves as outside general counsel to several Arizona companies.

Liz also teaches business law as an adjunct, where she emphasizes practical fluency: the skills working owners actually need to read a contract, structure a deal, and protect what they've built.

Outside of practice, Liz is married with two sons and is an avid snow skier.
